Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.<\/p><h3 id=\"4-legal-right-of-withdrawal\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.\u00a0Legal right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/h3><p>You can find information about the legal right of withdrawal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maennertanga.com\/en\/cancellation-policy\/\">here<\/a>.<br>The statutory right of withdrawal is essential for both parties. This applies primarily and for 14 working days from the delivery date.<\/p><h3 id=\"5-prices-and-shipping-costs\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Prices and shipping costs<\/strong><\/h3><p><strong>5.1.  <\/strong>The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.<\/p><p><strong>5.2.  <\/strong>In addition to the prices quoted, we sometimes charge shipping costs. The shipping costs are clearly indicated on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.<\/p><h3 id=\"6-delivery\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. <\/strong><strong>Delivery<\/strong><\/h3><p><strong>6.1 <\/strong>The delivery time within the EU is ca. 3 working days. Shipping outside the EU can take up to 20 working days.<br>We ship by Deutsche Post and DHL.<\/p><h3 id=\"7-payment\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. <\/strong><strong>Payment<\/strong><\/h3><p><strong>7.1.  <\/strong>Payment can be made either by Paypal or credit card.<\/p><h3 id=\"8-retention-of-title\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. <\/strong><strong>Retention of title<\/strong><\/h3><p>The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.<\/p><h3 id=\"9-warranty-for-material-defects\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. <\/strong><strong>Warranty for material defects<\/strong><\/h3><p>Dubble8 GmbH is liable for material defects in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions, in particular \u00a7\u00a7 434 ff of the German Civil Code.<\/p><h3 id=\"10-dispute-resolution\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. <\/strong><strong>Dispute resolution<\/strong><\/h3><p>The EU Commission has created an internet platform for the online settlement of disputes. The platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts.
